Delete your ScreenFire account
Last updated 8 October 2026
This page applies to the ScreenFire owner app and the ScreenFire TV app for Google TV, Android TV, and Fire TV, both published by ScreenFire AI. You can permanently delete your account inside the owner app, remove a TV's data by unpairing it, or request deletion by email if you cannot access either app.
Delete inside the owner app
- Sign in to the ScreenFire owner app.
- Open More → Settings → Delete account.
- Read the deletion summary, type DELETE, and select Delete my account.
- If asked, sign in again to verify that the request is yours.
If you are the only owner of an organization with an active or past-due subscription, cancel or resolve that subscription in the ScreenFire web console before retrying deletion. If you cannot access the web console, request deletion by email below.
If you are the only owner and your business has other members, appoint another owner or remove those members before deleting your account. If you need help, use the email request below.
Remove a ScreenFire TV
Use any of these to remove a TV's data from the ScreenFire TV app on Google TV, Android TV, or Fire TV:
- On the TV, open the ScreenFire TV app's Settings and unpair the TV. This removes the TV's pairing record and its cached content.
- In the owner app, delete the screen the TV is paired to, or delete your account as described above.
- If you cannot do either, email hello@screenfire.ai with your business name or the TV's device code (hold Back on the TV, then open Device & help).
Unpairing a TV does not delete previously collected crash reports. Firebase Crashlytics retains reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from its live and backup systems. Removal is not guaranteed to finish within 90 days. Limited security records may be kept, as described below.
Request deletion without the app
- Use the button below to email ScreenFire at hello@screenfire.ai.
- Send the request from your registered ScreenFire email address when possible.
- Include your registered email and organization or business name. Do not send your password.
- We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request.
Data deleted or de-identified
- Your ScreenFire sign-in and account profile.
- Your personal identifiers, role, organization access, preferences, and registered device tokens.
- Your assistant history and personal uploads where they are associated only with your account.
- Organizations that only you own, including their screens, uploads, promotions, configurations, and pairing codes, unless deletion is temporarily blocked by an active or past-due subscription.
- A TV's pairing record and cached content, when the TV is unpaired or its screen or organization is deleted.
Data that may be retained
An organization’s business content is not deleted when another owner remains. Your personal access is removed, while its screens, content, operational history, and subscription continue under the remaining owner or owners.
Limited security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, backup, or legal records may be retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. They are protected from ordinary use and removed or de-identified when the applicable reason for retention ends.
Timing and consequences
In-app deletion begins after confirmation and any required reauthentication. Email requests are acknowledged, verified, and completed within the period required by applicable law. Deletion is permanent: access to deleted organizations and screens cannot be restored, and paired displays stop showing content that belonged only to a deleted organization.
