ScreenFire Privacy Policy

Updated 21 October 2026

Scope

This policy explains how ScreenFire processes information when you use the ScreenFire website, owner mobile app, ScreenFire TV app for Google TV, Android TV, and Fire TV, web console, digital-signage service, and related support services. ScreenFire is designed for authorized business users and is not directed to consumers or children.

When your employer or another organization provides your access, that organization may control the business content in its workspace. Contact the organization as well as ScreenFire if your request concerns data it controls.

Information we process

Account and identity

Your name (when provided), email address, ScreenFire account identifier, sign-in method, role, organization assignments, authentication or session information, and how you reached sign-up: the plan you picked and any campaign tags on the link.

Business and screen content

The business sites, screens, menus or other business data, configurations, schedules, promotions, branding, and related content that you or your organization connect to or manage through ScreenFire.

Assistant activity

Prompts, conversation history, requested actions, approvals, and the results of supported actions you ask the ScreenFire assistant to perform.

Files you choose to upload

Images or videos that you select for a logo, promotion, fallback slide, screen, or supported assistant workflow. ScreenFire does not inspect your device library unless you choose a file.

App, device, and reliability data

App version, device and operating-system information, push-notification token and delivery activity, security events, and privacy-filtered crash or error diagnostics when monitoring is enabled. In the web console, diagnostics can include a recording of page activity with on-screen text, typing and images hidden. For the ScreenFire TV app, this includes the TV's Android device ID and the business and screen it is paired to. IP addresses are used for security and rate limiting, not to determine your location.

AI safety reports

If you choose Report AI content and confirm the report, ScreenFire receives the content type, business and content references, and a short excerpt. The app limits the excerpt to 800 characters and removes common contact, payment, credential, and URL-query values before sending it for safety review.

Subscription and support data

Plan, subscription, entitlement, and transaction status, together with information you send when requesting support. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by the ScreenFire mobile app.

Website inquiries

If you use the contact form, email us, or call us, we process the details you share, such as your name, work email, phone number, and message, so we can respond.

The mobile app does not request your precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, or microphone. You can revoke photo and video access or notification permission at any time in your device settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable.

Optional website analytics

On screenfire.ai, Google Analytics loads only after you allow website analytics. Declining does not restrict the website or the contact form. This choice applies to the marketing website, not the mobile app or console. Separately, our hosting provider counts website visits without cookies, and this choice does not change that count.

If you allow it, Google Analytics uses cookies and processes visit, browser, device and network information to help us understand website use. We record page views, Get Started and plan-button clicks, email or phone-link clicks, and successful contact-form responses. A click is not proof of a signup, and a successful form response is not proof that an email was received.

Our website tracking does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or message contents from the form. Page addresses sent by our tracking exclude fragments and every query value except campaign and ad-click tags such as utm_source; referrers are reduced to their origin. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are not enabled by this integration.

We keep your allowed or declined choice in this browser for 180 days, where browser storage is available. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change it. Turning analytics off refreshes the page if analytics was running, to stop the loaded library; save unfinished form text first. Previously collected data is not erased by withdrawing consent. Contact us for privacy requests.

Google explains how it handles information from sites that use its services.

How we use information

  • Authenticate users and provide access to the correct organizations, business sites, and screens.
  • Synchronize, display, and manage the content and configurations you request.
  • Operate the assistant, generate requested content, and carry out actions you approve.
  • Provide subscriptions, notifications, customer support, and service communications.
  • Protect accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve service reliability.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information and do not use ScreenFire account data for third-party advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to operate ScreenFire. Depending on the features you use, these include:

  • Google Cloud and Firebase for account authentication, databases, hosting, messaging, and service infrastructure
  • Cloudflare for website hosting and form handling, and for delivery and storage of uploaded and generated media
  • Expo for app builds, delivery, and over-the-air updates
  • An error-monitoring provider for privacy-filtered crash and error reports from the owner app and web console, and user-confirmed AI safety reports, when production monitoring is enabled
  • Firebase Crashlytics for crash, ANR (app not responding), and diagnostic reports from the ScreenFire TV app on Google TV, Android TV, and Fire TV
  • A payment provider for subscription and payment processing
  • Resend for delivering website contact requests to our team by email
  • Configured AI and media-processing providers for assistant responses and requested content actions

These providers process information for ScreenFire under their applicable agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards. ScreenFire workspaces are not public feeds.

Security, storage, and retention

ScreenFire uses encrypted HTTPS connections, authenticated access, tenant-level authorization, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No security measure can eliminate every risk.

We retain account and business information while the account or customer relationship is active and as needed to provide the service. Retention varies by record type. After account deletion, data is deleted or de-identified unless it belongs to an organization that remains on ScreenFire or limited retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, backups, or legal obligations. Retained information is removed or de-identified when no longer needed. Firebase Crashlytics retains crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from its live and backup systems. This is not a guarantee that removal is completed within 90 days.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards available under our agreements and applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information associated with your ScreenFire account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents should contact us and provide evidence of their authority.

Children

ScreenFire is a business service intended for adults and authorized business staff. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ScreenFire changes. The latest version will remain at this URL and will show its effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.

Privacy contact

Email us from the address associated with your account when possible. Never send your password, access token, payment-card number, or other secret information.
