Choose for your everyday work.
ScreenFire combines AI creation and publishing with a plan-based subscription. OptiSigns offers per-screen plans, an app library and a wide device range. The useful comparison is your normal month of work, not a universal winner.
The practical differences.
US-dollar software prices checked October 21, 2026. Billing terms and included features differ. ScreenFire credits are not equivalent to a per-screen licence. Compare your workload, plan limits, taxes, hardware, installation and any integration costs before buying.

Create, review, publish.
- You want to create and publish screen content across your business, without a per-screen subscription fee.
- You want AI layouts, with paid options for new images and motion graphics, and can plan for credit usage.

Your needs go further.

- You need the documented role and approval options in an appropriate paid tier.
A few things to know.
Can both use the TVs I already own?
An existing display can work with a compatible player. Check HDMI, power, network and the exact device model. OptiSigns lists several player platforms; ScreenFire's current setup guidance focuses on listed onn. and Fire TV devices.
Is ScreenFire's subscription unlimited?
No. Paid plans have no per-screen fee, but currently allow up to 100 screens per business. Publishing and AI creation use credits. Monthly credits refresh rather than roll over; extra credit packs are available.
Can I move my existing designs?
Keep your original images and videos. Check their file formats, fonts, licensing and player compatibility, then test one screen before moving the rest. We do not promise an automatic import of another vendor's layouts, apps or schedules.
