Consider ScreenFire when

Create, review, publish.

  • You want to create and publish screen content across your business, without a per-screen subscription fee.
  • You want AI layouts, with paid options for new images and motion graphics, and can plan for credit usage.
  • You use Toast and want live menu boards on Pro or Business. Clover subscription integration and Claude and ChatGPT connections are also available.
Consider ScreenCloud when

Your needs go further.

  • Your priority is workplace communications across sites or shifts.
  • You want apps, channels and dashboards in a managed screen workflow.
  • You need documented organization and permission controls beyond ScreenFire's current scope.

A few things to know.

Is this a comparison with ScreenCloud Arc?

No. The quoted rates are for ScreenCloud Studio. ScreenCloud presents Arc separately, with an outcome-led AI workflow. Ask ScreenCloud for Arc's scope and commercial terms rather than assuming the Studio price covers it.

Can ScreenFire be used outside restaurants?

Yes. Businesses across industries can publish their own screen content. Automatic updates from menus, stock, bookings or other business information require a supported integration. Toast-connected menu boards are available on Pro and Business.

What should we test before switching?

Run one normal day on your actual TV and player. Check text size, content updates, permissions, screen health, restarts and a network interruption. Ask what is cached and what needs internet; this comparison makes no universal offline guarantee for ScreenFire.
